These are the terms for buying and using a WanderCrayon book. We've kept them short and in plain language. By placing an order you're agreeing to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refunds page.

What WanderCrayon is

WanderCrayon turns a few words about your child and their upcoming trip into a personalized, printable coloring book, delivered as a digital PDF. It is a keepsake and a gentle, in-order preview of the trip, made to help a child feel familiar with what's ahead. It is not a medical, clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic product, and we make no promise of any particular outcome. If your child has specific needs, you know them best, and the book is yours to use however helps.

Buying a book

To order, you must be an adult (18 or over) buying for yourself or as a gift. Prices are shown at checkout, and payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your book is generated for you the moment your payment is confirmed, so by checking out you ask us to begin straight away. Even so, our 30-day refund guarantee still applies, so you're never locked in.

What you can do with your book

The finished book is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can print it as many times as you like, for your own family, and keep it forever. Please don't resell it, redistribute it, or pass the file on for others to use as their own. The book style, the story structure, the site, and our brand remain ours; the personal details that make your book yours, of course, stay yours.

What you tell us

You're responsible for the details you submit, and you confirm you're allowed to share them (for example, that you're the parent or guardian, or have the family's okay). Please don't submit anything unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or refund an order that does.

How the books are made

We designed the coloring-book style and the story structure, and AI illustrates each page. Every book is generated fresh, so there can be small quirks from time to time. If anything isn't right, that's what the refund guarantee is for.

Refunds

If your child doesn't love their book, email us within 30 days for a full refund. The full details are on our Refunds page.

Our responsibility

We work hard to make a book you love, but we provide it as is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited, including your statutory rights. If any part of these terms turns out not to apply, the rest still stands.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The terms that applied when you ordered are the ones that govern your order.
