WanderCrayon books are made just for your child, but a personalized gift only matters if you're happy with it. So every book comes with a simple promise.

Our 30-day guarantee

If your child doesn't love their book, or it just isn't right, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No screenshots, no forms, no awkward questions.

How to request a refund

Email sales@wandercrayon.com from the address you used at checkout, and let us know it's a refund. That's the whole process.

How your refund is processed

We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Stripe. It usually lands back in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Keep your book

If you've already downloaded the PDF, it's yours to keep. We won't ask for it back. The refund is on us either way.
